After designing over 400 financial facilities and over 300 healthcare projects over the last 40 years, PG is able to draw upon that specialized experience to create PG PreFAB facilities.

With an in-house, LEED Accredited Professional/ Architectural staff, PG has been able to design state-of-the-art facilities that incorporate Lean Design principles along with Green concepts. Prefabrication also allows for a quicker construction time and costs approximately 20% less than a traditional stick-built facility.

Our team of architects have designed PG preFab to accommodate today’s healthcare and banking needs. We offer a variety of building sizes, design details and finishes. As well, the designs are flexible and can be customized. Our architectural team will work with your organization to determine the optimum site plan. With a full array of architectural and construction management services, we assist our clients with all your traditional building needs such as code review, site utilities, etc.

Building components are then prefabricated in an indoor controlled environment which creates better joints and thus, a tighter, more energy-efficient building envelope. The construction is unaffected by weather which helps to contribute to the faster construction schedule. The building’s prefabricated components are then shipped to the job site where they are assembled within days, enclosing the building envelope much quicker than traditional construction. This significantly reduces damage to the building caused by adverse weather. As well, is much less damaging to the job site and requires a smaller staging area in general.

The exterior façade is installed in the manufacturing process so the build out of the interior begins right away. The whole process is completed and ready to move into in approximately 3 months!
